Harp 2 Harp… A Duo Harp Classic Rock Show took place at The Riveredge Resort in Alexandria Bay, NY on August 29, 2015 at 8:00pm just in time for “Rockin’ the Bay” Weekend! A Show like you have never seen before! But what makes them different? First of all, Harp Duo is rare, especially Mother-Daughter, but Esther and AnnaLisa break the boundaries of your expectations. This is not a Classical Concert. AnnaLisa was rocking on her little red harp to Steppenwolf’s “Born to Be Wild” and "All My Loving", check it out on YouTube. They “dueled it out” on their concert harps with “Dueling Banjos” and having fun with “Great Balls of Fire” as Esther played a mean keyboard. And of course no classic rock concert is complete without some Beatles and some “Old Time Rock and Roll”.
They have teamed up to create one of just a few harp duos in the World, “Harp 2 Harp” is breaking all pre-conceived ideas about harps and harpists with its onstage charisma and theatrics. With their fun, upbeat, and own unique styles, Esther and AnnaLisa appeal to all audiences, keep them intrigued and wanting for more. They have been performing professionally together delighting audiences for over nine years, including on tour in Florida, entertaining audiences of up to 1400 people.
Esther and AnnaLisa Underhay have been performing individually in the 1000 Islands region seasonally since 1991, performing for many years at Riveredge Resort, for numerous weddings and other social and corporate events, and in recent years at Bonnie Castle. You may enjoy her harp music at Riveredge Resort’s Jacques Cartier fine dining restaurant on Sunday, Monday and Thursday evenings and at Bonnie Castle’s Manor House for Sunday Brunch. Esther has performed in concert at the Clayton Opera House, Church of St. Lawrence Concert Series, Alexandria Bay Concerts in the Park Series, and many other venues throughout the area. But for the first time Esther and AnnaLisa brought their duo harp show to the 1000 Islands!
